These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the Kevqor analytical platform available at kevqor.com. By using the platform you accept the rules described below.
1. Nature of the service
Kevqor is an analytical platform. It reorganizes information into a structured overview to help you consult and compare relevant details more easily. The service is informational and general in nature; it does not provide professional counsel and does not guarantee any specific result.
2. Who can use the platform
You must be at least 18 years old and reside in Mexico to submit a request. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you have the authority to accept these Terms in its name.
3. Your responsibility
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you share with us and for the decisions you take after consulting the platform. Kevqor arranges the information; the decision remains entirely yours.
4. No professional advice
Nothing published on kevqor.com should be interpreted as legal, tax, medical or any other kind of professional counsel. When a specific situation requires expert opinion, you should consult an accredited professional before acting.
5. Availability
We aim to keep the platform available at all times, but we may pause it briefly for maintenance or security reasons. We do not commit to a specific uptime figure.
6. Intellectual property
The Kevqor name, logotype, layouts, texts and illustrations are protected under Mexican intellectual property rules. You may consult them for personal, non-commercial purposes; any other use requires our prior written authorization.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the platform to submit false, misleading or unlawful content, not to attempt to disrupt the service, and not to access it through automated means outside the interfaces we provide.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by Mexican law, Kevqor is not liable for indirect or consequential damage, lost opportunities, or decisions taken based on information available on the platform. Your only remedy is to stop using the service.
9. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version replaces the previous one from the date shown at the top. If a change materially affects your rights, we will highlight it clearly.
10. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute related to their interpretation or execution will be submitted to the competent courts of the Ciudad de México, expressly waiving any other forum.
