Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy describes how Kevqor Analítica S.A. de C.V. (referred to as “Kevqor”, “we”, “us”) processes the information that visitors and users share through kevqor.com. It is written in plain language on purpose: the shorter the policy, the more likely you are to read it.
1. Who is responsible for your information
The controller of your information is Kevqor Analítica S.A. de C.V., with registered office at Av. Paseo de la Reforma 296, Piso 12, Col. Juárez, Alcaldía Cuauhtémoc, 06600 Ciudad de México. You can reach the person responsible for privacy questions at privacidad@kevqor.com.
2. What this policy covers
It covers information collected through the public pages of kevqor.com, the contact form, and cookies that are activated only with your consent. It does not cover third-party sites linked from the platform, which follow their own rules.
3. Information we collect
We collect the details you voluntarily send through the form (name, email, message content), technical information required to keep the site running (IP address, browser identifier, session id), and — only after you accept the corresponding cookies — aggregated statistics on how the site is used.
4. Why we use it
Your information is used to reply to your request, to keep the site secure and available, to comply with legal obligations that apply to us in Mexico, and — if you allow it — to measure the general performance of our communications.
5. Legal basis
We rely on your consent (Article 8 of the Federal Law on Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties) for optional processing and on the execution of a service relationship or a legitimate interest for the strictly necessary processing described above.
6. Who has access
Access is limited to Kevqor personnel who need it to answer your request, and to specialized providers who help us operate the site under written confidentiality obligations. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.
7. International transfers
Some technical providers process data outside Mexico. When this happens we require them to apply protection standards compatible with Mexican law, and we list the categories of providers in section 12 of this document.
8. How long we keep it
Contact requests are kept for up to 24 months from the last interaction, unless a legal rule requires a longer period. Analytics information is kept in aggregated form for a maximum of 14 months.
9. Your ARCO rights
You can Access, Rectify, Cancel or Object to the processing of your information (ARCO rights), and you can withdraw your consent at any time. Send a short note to privacidad@kevqor.com from the email address you used and we will confirm the action within 20 business days.
10. Cookies and Google Consent Mode v2
Cookies are described in a separate document. In summary, the site loads with denied defaults and only activates analytics or advertising measurement after you accept the corresponding category. You can change your choice at any moment through the Cookie preferences link in the footer.
11. Security
We use encryption in transit, restricted role-based access, activity logs and periodic reviews. If a security incident occurs that affects your information, we will inform you and the competent authority as required by the applicable rules.
12. Categories of providers
Hosting and content delivery, transactional email, product analytics, campaign measurement (Google Ads / Google Consent Mode v2), and customer relationship management. A list of the specific providers can be requested at privacidad@kevqor.com.
13. Updates to this policy
When we introduce a material change we publish the new version on this page and update the date on top. Small editorial adjustments are made without notice.
14. Contact
For any doubt about how your information is processed you can write to privacidad@kevqor.com or send a letter to the registered office described above. You may also file a complaint before the INAI (Instituto Nacional de Transparencia, Acceso a la Información y Protección de Datos Personales) if you consider your rights have not been attended to.
